The Staff at the Norwin Chamber of Commerce

After graduating from California University, Rosanne and her parents purchased Norwin Hills Cruise and Travel, Inc. where Rosanne worked in that business for 15 years. During her ownership there, she was a member of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors, was involved with the Partners In Progress program and co-chaired the Annual Dinners.

In August of 2006 with good intentions, Rosanne closed the travel agency to become a stay-at-home mom. But in October of 2006, the President of the Norwin Chamber resigned and Rosanne offered to be the interim President until the position was filled. At Christmas, Rosanne turned in her resume for the job and the rest is history.

Rosanne is responsible for carrying out the mission and vision of the Norwin Chamber of Commerce. She also manages the day-to-day business operations of the organization.

She is an active member of the Norwin Rotary Club and acts as Secretary of the organization. She is also a member of the Westmoreland Business Referral Association and Women's Business Network.

Rosanne, husband Kurt and daughter Marina reside in the Norwin Community.

After working in banking for 15 years, Lisa made a decision to change industries. She participated in Norwin Chamber events as a member and enjoyed the Norwin Chamber so much that her new career path led her to be the Norwin Chamber's Membership Coordinator in May 2016. Her responsibilities include membership services, social medial and event planning.

She graduated from Westmoreland County Community College with a degree in Financial Management. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Sewickley Township Community Public Library and Sewickley Area Athletic Association. She is also a member of the Westmoreland Entrepreneurs. Although Lisa is a lifetime resident of Sewickley Township with her husband, Jason and daughter, Mackenzie, she has worked in the Norwin Community since she was 16 years old.

Janet took on the role of Administrative Assistant for the Norwin Chamber of Commerce in November of 2007. She contributes to the coordination of various Chamber events and fundraisers, maintains reports and assists with the daily bookkeeping. In addition to her clerical duties, she is responsible for receptionist and front office support, greeting visitors, processing mail and responding to requests for community information.

Prior to her employment with the Norwin Chamber, Janet worked in banking and later with Attorney James M. Duffy where her experience was in compiling and issuing title insurance policies for real estate transactions. She continues to work with Attorney Duffy on a part-time basis.

Janet is a graduate of Slippery Rock State College with a degree in Elementary Education. She and her husband are long time residents of the Norwin Community having moved here in 1981.
