Our staff is here to create and implement a variety of programs designed to increase the visibility of our members and maximize networking opportunities.

Member-2-Member Discount Program

This program allows members to offer special discounts to their fellow Norwin Chamber members. These discounts are listed on the Norwin Chamber website and newsletter inserts.

Membership Directory and Community Guide

This publication is printed annually and distributed to 3,000 Norwin Chamber members and the community at large. The directory is in full color and includes our membership listings, alphabetically and categorically, as well as information on the Norwin Community. Members can purchase advertising space in this directory/community guide to highlight their business.

C.A.R.E. (Chamber Associates Referral Exchange)

CARE is held every other Thursday morning from 7:30a.m. - 8:30a.m. at the Chamber Office. Each participant has an opportunity to give their 30-second commercial and is scheduled to be a speaker of the week. Referrals within the group and the Norwin Chamber are discussed. Each week a different business topic is discussed. The C.A.R.E. group is FREE to members. Continental breakfast is provided.

Website

Each membership includes a listing on the Norwin Chamber's Website at no additional cost. Premium services include listing your business under multiple categories, upgrading your listing via color logo or banner ad. In addition to the latest information about Chamber activities, members will be able to see what's happening throughout the year on the Chamber's Calendar, as well as take advantage of the Vocal Point newsletter's on-line edition.

The Vocal Point Newsletter

The Chamber's monthly newsletter, the Vocal Point, keeps members up-to-date in a variety of areas, including new developments at member businesses and welcome notices regarding new members. Business information, calendar events, and Chamber developments are the focus of this publication, which also offers low cost advertising opportunities, including the ability to include your own promotional flyers with this monthly mailing.

Chamber Weekly E-Newsletter

This Constant Contact e-newsletter is emailed to the membership and news media every Monday afternoon. These weekly emails remind members of upcoming events and RSVP deadlines, referrals that have happened between Norwin Chamber members, committee meeting dates, scheduled community events and any other pertinent information for that week.

Certificates of Origin Documentation for Exporters

A certificate of origin (CO) is a certificate that shows the country of origin for merchandise that is being shipped, and verifies the country where the goods were manufactured. Our staff can complete this documentation for Norwin Chamber members.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

These are available via ads in the VocalPoint Newsletter, membership directory and community resource guide and event programs. Sponsorship levels are offered for all main events held throughout the year such as the Annual Dinner and Business Expo, Golf Outing and Norwin Community Picnic. Community SuperSTARS offer a one-time yearly contribution to enable sponsorship for all major Chamber events. Cost effective advertising and sponsorships are available for businesses small and large. Various Chamber events offer the availability to purchase vendor tables.
